On-site preparation involves preparing/cooking the dim sums at the event location. Please make sure to check with the person who is in charge of the venue if large equipment suited for gas cooking is allowed on site.
As for off-site preparation, everything gets prepared at our warehouse. We do deliveries or customers are welcome to pick up.
